Refund and Return Policy
We only accept returns against exchanges.
You have 10 days to initiate the exchange of your item(s) after product delivery. Beyond 10 days no exchange will be accepted.
PS: Both available and pre-order items are exchangeable.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at orders@thedressdeal.com with order number.
Returned items should be shipped back with either DHL, UPS or Fedex ONLY at customer expenses (shipping fees + import taxes), should be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
In case of receiving a defected item, please contact our customer support at orders@thedressdeal.com
We'll arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
If a transaction error occurs while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customer can cancel his/her order within 24 hours from order. Refunds will be executed to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our policy. We will work with you in every way possible if your outfit choice did not work out. We will undoubtedly help you find an alternative outfit, and continue until you have the perfect one.
